MARINE MOUNTS
Marine Engine Mounts
Seal ‘n Devices’ marine engine mounts are specifically designed to provide effective vibration isolation and shock absorption for marine engines and other mobile applications. Originally developed for use with marine engines, they are also suitable for various industrial and mobile machinery where stability, vibration reduction, and durability are critical.
With a unique design that allows for shear and compression loading, our rubber marine engine mounts offer large static deflections, making them the first choice for most mounting applications. The incorporation of bump and rebound control features ensures superior performance under dynamic loads, providing optimal stability even under high-stress conditions.
Why Choose Seal ‘n Devices Marine Engine Mounts?
- Designed for Marine and Mobile Applications: Our anti-vibration marine mounts are built to handle propeller thrust and engine movement, ensuring consistent performance in marine environments.
- Advanced Vibration Isolation: Designed to dampen vibrations from petrol or diesel engines improving the efficiency and longevity of marine engines and mobile machinery.
- Bump and Rebound Control for Stability: The built-in bump and rebound control prevents excessive movement, ensuring that engines and machinery remain stable even under sudden load changes.
- Protection Against Oil Contamination: Each mount features a top metal shroud or cap that shields the rubber component from oil, fuel, and environmental contaminants, enhancing durability.
- Corrosion Resistance: Our rubber marine mounts are aailable in 316 stainless steel or electroplated mild steel.
- Wide Range of Load Capacities: Our rubber marine engine mounts come in three sizes with different rubber hardness levels. They support load capacities from 30 kg up to 1,000 kg, making them suitable for various engine and equipment types.

Marine Mounts
Marine Mounts were originally designed for use with marine engines and other mobile applications. It is easy to achieve relatively large static deflection with the Marine Mount range . It should be the first choice of mounting selection for marine applications as the design incorporates bump and rebound control features. The top metal shroud or cap gives protection to the rubber against oil contamination.
These mountings are ideal to cope with propeller thrust, as well as pitch and roll on marine applications.
Our range consists of 3 sizes with different rubber hardness with load capacities from 30 kg up to maximum 540 kg.
MAR1 and MAR2 are available in both Plated Mild Steel and 316 Stainless Steel. MAR3 is stocked in Plated Mild Steel however it is available in 316 Stainless Steel upon special requests.
